"I tell you the truth, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, 'Move from here to there' and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you." (Matthew 17:20)
Iris, I was happy to see your post because I was starting to worry about you! I'm glad you had a nice weekend and got in a good cardio workout on Saturday. I wouldn't force yourself to do step if you're really not into it. What about trying some regular hi/lo aerobics? Do you have any of Cathe's non-step workouts? For example I can think of Maximum Intensity Cardio or the hi/lo part of Step, Jump & Pump. If you want to switch things up I think that might help. Now that your shoulder is doing better you can always try some walking too!
Jen, how was your weekend? How did things go at work today with the new CEO?
My throat is feeling better today, thank God! But I did end up with some type of rash on my arms from gardening! It looks like poison ivy but I didn't see any among the bushes. I'm sure it will be gone in a week or so. So far today I walked the dog, we went 3.5 miles. I plan on doing "Burn it Up" and "Slim and Limber". I have to say that I can't wait until this week of SI6 is over!!!! I am so bored now, but the results keep me going. I don't know how I'm going to get my last 6 workouts in!!!
Have a blessed day to everyone!
