Good morning fitness folks....

I showed remarkable restraint this weekend while baking and still enjoyed a few of those very special treats as they came out of the oven and as a result, had a very good weigh-in/measurement taking this morning. I think that's called having your cake and eating it too!!!

Today on the menu - (no cookies, had some the last two days, now back to strictly clean for me for a few days before Christmas)

Br - oatmeal, blueberries, coffee w/creamer

Sn - sweet potato protein smoothie

Ln - light bolonga and cheese sand w/ lt mayo, navel orange

Sn - NF plain yogurt, flax and fiber cereal

Dn - peanutty vegetable stew, gingered sweet potato pancakes, large salad with raspberry ving.

Have a clean/semi-clean day!!!!

I did all right this weekend. I did eat some of the banana bread that I baked, but it was YUMMY! I haven't started cookies yet!

B - high fibre cereal with banana and soy milk
S - apple and 1/2 ww English muffin with pb
L - WW pasta with veggies, clementine
S - yogurt and other half of English muffin
D - not sure yet
 
Jane, please package up some restraint and send it my way. I had none this weekend, and between parties and open houses, I was an absolute pig. But, it's a new week, a new day etc, etc.
B - steel cut oats w/ raisins, br sugar, cinnamon, soy milk, banana
L - left over Pad Thai, carrots, yogurt
D - Sundried tomatos, chicken and pasta, salad
S - apple
At least I did manage to fit in some weights both Sat and Sun. Something aerobic is scheduled for this afternoon. Take care ladies.

It was not a moderate weekend for me! However today is another day and it is not worth dwelling over. Today will be a lower calorie day and serve as a contrast to two or 3 higher calories days past.

B: steel cut oats and blueberries w/ splenda, coffee w/ cream
S: hard boiled egg... water,
L: Lentil soup w/ extra veggies & WW pita... water
S: ?? popcorn air popped or capuccino
D: grilled chicken, large salad, steamed green beans w/ olive oil spray

Ladies, I don't follow most of the regular threads since my time is really crunched at work these days, but I had to tell you, I LOVE the name of your thread! It is so funny and unfortunately probably true of most of us. :p

Ummmmmmmmm... I don't have a recipe. My SO is a chef and he makes it and it's different every time:p When I make it, I just saute some red onion and garlic in a little olive oil, throw in whatever other veggies I have, and mix it all in with the pasta. Sometimes I'll use a little tomato sauce, sometimes just the veggies.:)
