I did very well yesterday. I had the most wonderful grilled salmon salad at SouthEnd Bewery where SIL and I went for lunch. It was served with a light citrus ving and had goat cheese and pecans in it. YUM YUM! I was in heaven.

Yesterday was big calorie day and I only hit ,1959, was suppose to have 2,084 but it was close enough.

Today I have all good stuff planned. Day 6 of eating clean.

How are y'all doing?
 
Well, I threw out one package of cookies at work yesterday. Today I'll throw out the other one. They're just too tempting for me.

Today is:

B - mixed high fibre cereal with banana and soy milk
S - apple and half WW English muffin with pb
L - black bean burrito on WW tortilla, cherries
S - lf yogurt and 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
D - egg whites and oatmeal

Workout is RS and biceps.
 
Jane's lunch sounds wonderful. And I'm curious about Shelley's black bean stuff from last night. I did OK yesterday, except for a couple handfuls of prezels while making dinner and watching football. I'm exhausted today, due to late night watching said game. I hope the sleep deprivation doesn't wreck havoc with my somewhat shaky-at-best willpower. Today:
B - basic 4 cereal w/ raspberries,blueberries and soy milk, banana
L - PB&J on whole wheat, carrots, orange
D - not sure, salad maybe, family will be eating subs, since I'm too tired to cook
Managed to do IMAX 2 yesterday afternoon, and had hoped to do Pure strength, both upper body workouts today, but I may have to go home and crash. We'll see.
 
Robin: Basically, I sauteed a chopped onion, minced garlic clove, 1/4 of a banana pepper chopped, some chopped green pepper, chili powder and cumin until the onion was soft. Threw in a can of black beans (drained and rinsed) and some grape tomatoes. Stuffed it all in a WW tortilla with some cheese and avocado. It's delicious:)
 
I did well yesterday, thank goodness! I'll be eating out for lunch and I don't have dinner planned yet because I have to grocery shop. I think Shelley's bean recipe sounds positively yummy! Maybe I'll make that.

Hi ladies. Today is day 3 for me of WW. So far I"m doing really good.

B: 3 ff waffles w/sugar free syrup & 2 coffees
L: WW meal
D: steak, broccoli, baked potato and tomatoes

I"m going to a birthday party tonight (it's my DH"s b-day and my best friends daughter's) so I'm planning on having a TINY piece of cake which is why I haven't scheduled any snacks for today.

Today's workout is KickMax - as soon as I"m done cleaning.
