Good morning fitness folks...

Today is deficit day #2 and have a good menu planned.

Br - oatmeal, blackberries, egg beaters on whole grain English muffin, coffee w/creamer

Sn - Peach protein smoothie

Ln - Avgolemon, orzo, and chicken soup (yummy recipe from CL I made yesterday), ricotta-garlic pita wedges, hummus and avocado on WW toast

Sn - yogurt, banana

Dn - Couscous salad, asparagus, large salad with lite blue cheese dressing. I have enough calories left, so I'm have a 1/2 cup of triple choc Edy's ice cream, low fat and no sugar added.

Your menu looks tasty.:9 I have noticed noticed that CL recipe in one of the issues. Is it easy to make ?

We ended up having chinese take-out for dinner, so I probably went a bit over on calories and sodium yesterday, but not bad. I ate a lot of veggies!
I finished dinner with a handful of M&M's but only a small amount. :7

Today-
B-hot oat bran cereal/soy milk
S-apple or two tangerines, low fat cheese
L-not sure but probably a sandwich with soy bologna or soy butter on whole grain bread and fruit
S- V8 and air popped popcorn
D-pork tenderloin or chicken breast cutlets broccoli, salad

Good morning, moderation mogals. (Sp? Just in case, "I spelled that wrong on purpose.") This weekend wasn't too bad. Had a bit more chocolate than I should have, as well as a couple handfuls of chips. They were dill (yuck) but I ate them anyway ?!!!?

B - kashi cereal w/raspberries, blueberries, soy milk, half banana
L - split pea soup, carrots, slice pumpernickle bread, orange
S - half banana
D - pork chops, maybe cooked in sauerkraut, mashed potatos, peas

I didn't get to workout yesterday. Between work, the Steeler game and meeting MIL for dinner, there just wasn't time. I guess it will be my rest day for the week. Today something aerobic is planned, maybe RS.

Good morning, my moderate friends;)

Yesterday was okay, except I ate too many of the cookies I made, so my SO has strict instructions to take the rest to work today to share with his guys.

Today:

B - steel cut oats with diced apple, cinnamon and soy milk
S - 1/2 apple, 1/2 WW English muffin with pb
L - bean burger, avocado, lf cheese, 1 cup greens with vinaigrette
S - Grapes, lf yogurt
D - egg whites, 1/2 baked sweet potato and steamed veggies

Workout is Kickmax Bootcamp Challenge premix and biceps (which are done).
 
OK, I'm moderating my moderate meal plan for today.

I was stuck at the Hockey Rink Sammy (DS) and no snack. Of course, I was FAMISHED after HCX3#. So, I ordered a small low carb chicken caesar wrap, and gave away the chips it came with. This was the best choice I could find in a snack bar setting. I later had some left over Lomain with 'lotsa veggeis'. Now we have to go back for a championship game. However, I put together a great Mushroom Barley soup in the crock pot. It will be ready when we walk in the door, and we will have a salad to go wtih it.

Ok, I got by that one. Now, I am putting a bag of BFL bars and shakes in my car for when I forget to pack an an apple in my purse again!
