Everything was a-okay yesterday!!

Br - oatmeal w/chopped apple, cinn, Weight Watchers cinnamon clusters cereal, sk milk, coffee with creamer

Sn - sweet pot. protein smoothie

Ln - WW noodles and FF cottage cheese (finally trying it Wendy!), large pear

Sn - FF cottage cheese, blueberries

Ln - Smoked chicken with roasted red pepper sauce again (frozen from earlier in the week), salad with raspberry ving (throwing a few black olives on it)

I got up at did a short workout before work..therefore I will be starving all day!

B-Just had a oatmeal cake (healthier then it sounds!):)
S-BFL Bar
L- 2 eggs whites and slice of ww toast with peanute butter
S-BFL bar and an apple
D- Not sure yet

Yesterday wasn't awful:p

Today:

B - Mixed cereal with soy milk and banana
S - apple and slice of citrus loaf
L - WW tortilla with white beans, salsa, lf cheese and avocado, two clementines
S - lf yogurt, grapes
D - WW pasta with tomato sauce, salad greens

Workout today is Lowmax.
 
Hi all and welcome Lori. Yes, Shelley, yesterday wasn't awful. I actually did pretty OK at the Italian restaurant, except for the bread. In my mind, bread is right up there with chocolate.

B - cereal w/blueberries,raspberries, soy milk
S - banana
L - left over pasta w/veggies, carrots, tomatos,apple
D - chicken and rice thing, broccali (brocali,brocalli? I spelled that wrong on purpose...)
Probably have a couple glasses of wine this evening, since I have tomarrow off. Today is supposed to be a rest day, but the weather forecast is so good (sunny, 50's) that I may try a 2-3mile run.
 
Hi. I"ve been avoiding this thread b/c I've had a few bad days. Uhhh.

B: ff waffles w/cherry preserves, ff ham and coffee
S: 100 calorie pack of nutter butter
L: leftover chicken breast, haddock & baked potatoes
D: chipped steak on a bun, broccoli & pierogies
S: coffee & WW dessert w/ff ice cream

After reading this, I REALLY need to clean up my eating habits.

I did get in some good workouts though: Supersets, Segment #1 from Charlene Prickett's "With Every Step" and a 4-mile trail walk, pushing 67 lbs on the stroller. My heart rate monitor said I burned 740 calories from that!
