Managed to stick with the program for another day. Yay! Today:
B - rice chex w/blueberries, soy milk, banana
L - pb&j on whole wheat, carrots, apple
D - large salad

Family arrives for the weekend this afternoon, so it may be another weekend of messy eating. I'll try to control portions, if nothing else. I am going to try to leave work early enough to fit in High Step Challenge before they arrive. The next 2 days will probably be rest days. Darn.
 
Hey Robin... well I messed up yesterday... I am posting on the 31 day sugar free challenge and not two hours after I'd posted that the cookies, etc. weren't bothering me.... I start on the Chex mix which I rationalized was not sweet but is calorie-laden. Well this was after supper and I know better than to eat after supper, it just triggers something. Before I knew it, I'd eaten four cookies!!

Oh well, that is over and done.... today is another day...

B - oatmeal w/ raspberries, egg beaters, toast, coffee w/creamer
Sn - choco banana protein smoothie


This is as far as I've gotten. I am planning on Lasagna for supper, so it will be super low-fat for lunch and the other snack.


Now I have to confess on the other thread when it's posted!! I'll be 31 days SF minus one day!!:p
 
I did better yesterday. I did eat a few cashews, but that was about all.

Today:

B - cereal with banana and soy milk
S - 1/2 WW English muffin with pb/apple
L - WW tortilla with tuna, lf cheese and tomato
S - lf yogurt/clementine
D - I think I'll make vegetarian chili today

Workout is 4 mile run (done already), tris and core.
 
Hey girls,

This is my first time posting and I will try this eating right thingy! I am just starting my exercising so it is time to exercise my diet! Well I am trying to cut down my portions where I can't do cardio I need to cut the calories. I hope this is the right thing to do but I can't see doing the calories that I used to put on. This Christmas also was the devil for me but not any more! I know I will slip up but hey that's okay once in a while.

Br- half of a kashi bar and orange juice
sn- protein shake
lu- turkey sandwich and apple
sn- smoothie
sup-steak?


Going to grandmothers for supper and I think steak is on the menu. I will watch my portions though.
