Hmmm... how do I say this? I not only went off the deep end yesterday, I fell off the cliff!! I was putting together Christmas trays, and I thought, I want a cowboy cookie, well I ate FOUR! Not to mention, there isn't anything I made now that I haven't sampled. :9 Oh well, the good news is that when I go on a sugar bender like this, I don't want anything that has sugar in it for a long time. I'll probably do well in the sweets department over the weekend. I'm sure fat will still be high though.

I did an extra workout yesterday to try to compensate. I did make me feel better.

Today -

Br - oatmeal, blueberries, coffee w/creamer

Sn - blueberry protein smoothie

Ln - French onion soup, 1 pc. WW toast w/ hummus

Sn - cottage, blueberries (see a blueberry theme today?)

Dn - going to the fish camp tonight, so I'll be getting shrimp I think, broiled with seafood seasoning and some steamed mixed vegetables.

If it make you feel any better, I made a huge batch of Pizelles yesterday and "had" to eat some mistakes! My DS and I were trimming them to make them perfect, then Grandpa came over to help trim and other DS too. Oh, my we just couldn't throw away those scraps....

Ah but it is only once a year. Avctually I only make Pizelles about every 5 years.

Today I am laving lunch with a dear old friend, dinner out wtih my family to celebrate Abuelo's 80th Birthday and our 22nd wedding anniversary! I'll manage...

Sounds like you have a busy day ahead, Judy! Enjoy all your celebrations, and congrats on your anniversary:)

Yesterday was our company Christmas lunch out at a restaurant. I ordered Portobello Agnolotti, which were like large ravioli stuffed with portobellos and cheese with a very rich cream sauce. I ate three before I felt sick, so I brought the rest home and SO ate them last night. I didn't order dessert but I did have a couple of candies at work.

Today will be much rushing around to get last minute things done. I'm done work at 1. I'm not sure how much I'll be able to stick to a schedule today, but I've brought a few little things to work - some fruit, a lf yogurt and a WW english muffin.
 
Oh, Jane, I LOVE blueberries and anything blueberry flavored. I don't know what fish camp is, but it sounds great! Good for you for doing the extra workout!

Nancy, it is a restaurant that serves primarily fish and fried is the norm!! I always order mine broiled though. I don't know if "fish camp" is used anywhere but the south.
