Good morning...

Today is another scheduled clean day for me. I'm saving up for Saturday and Sunday!!

Br - oatmeal, chopped apple, cinnamon, egg beaters, 1 link turkey sausage, 1 pc double fiber WW toast, coffee

Sn - banana, nat. PB protein smoothie

Ln - Lite pimento cheese sand on WW double fiber, chicken and wild rice soup, orange

Sn - NF plain yogurt, Weight Watcher cinnamon crunch cereal

Dn - Curry in a Hurry (Rachael Ray meal) which is chicken curry, basmatic rice, balsamic succotash, one gingered sweet potato pancake

Today is my big calorie day, I'm allowed 2,084 calories on this day and fitday says the above is exactly 2,084 calories, I never hit it right on the money like that :)
 
Jane- Your plan looks yummy today!

I'm hoping to have a slightly samller calorie day than yesterday. My only splurge off my plan yesterday was too many Wheat Thins with my Lentil Soup. I was too full after that!

Today:
B: oatmeal with diced apple and cinnamon and splenda
S: 3 egg whites scrambled
L: Vegatarian turkey sandwich on WW bread. Cauliflower with a little seasoned salt and tea
S: ? capuccino and grapes? or maybe air popped popcorn ( I skipped it yesterday)
D: not sure yet, but most likely a lean meat, salad and light veggie. I need to go to the store. and see what is aplealing. If there is good fish I will get it .

Yesterday was ba-a-a-a-a-a-a-d.... oh so bad. So bad I don't even want to think about it. Ugh.

Today, I shall try much harder! I promise!

B - mixed cereal with banana and soy milk, one small piece toast with pb
S - apple and 1/2 WW English muffin
L - Veggie stew, clementine
S - lf yogurt and almonds
D - egg whites and veggies
 
Yesterday was OK. There were some things not included in post, but nothing that got out of control.

B - steel cut oats, yadda, yadda, yadda
l - PB&J on whole wheat, carrots, orange
D - lentil and brown rice soup, yogurt
S - maybe one (I mean ONE) cookie

Yesterday I did KP&C. Today High Step Challenge is on tap. Have a wonderful day ladies.
