Hi,
I've started a new check-in called "novice runners'" but its not just for newbies either if you are interested in a check in for runners please feel free to check in with us. I'm a relatively new runner myself, I'm working the last three weeks of the couch to 5k program. I cross train with Cathe, I do step and also I love yoga. ( I used to check in with a yoga check in but I felt like a fraud because at the time I wasn't getting as much yoga in as I am now.)
In short, please play with us! The sand box is open to all!
