<--- is going to make a Mediterranean cauliflower salad with blanched cauliflower, chopped roasted red bell peppers, a few mixed Italian olives, garlic, capers, pine nuts, fresh oregano, and dressed with EVOO and balsamic vinegar

<--- wonders if y'all think it's evil of her to take her own food to a dinner where she wasn't asked to bring anything
<--- will bring enough for everyone
<--- says her FIL is cooking and he probably WILL be upset with her
<--- thinks he will be even more upset with her DH who plans to saute chicken breast cutlets instead of eating the breaded doodads:p

<--popped in to see you guys just now, and was brought to tears by all of you thinking and missing <--
<--is warmed how all of you care so much, especially since <--has been gone for so long

<--will give a little update: DH is still at home. <--is NOT happy with this

<--loved the arugala salad with pecans, roquefort and grapes :9 :9

<--is amazed that anyone would be interested enough in fireworks to stand in the rain
<--went to the store for ice cream and every single person on line had at least one 6-pack of beer
