<--just got drillmax yesterday,preveiwed last night and is SO excited to try it!

<---had a charlie horse in my calf that shot me out of bed with a shout
<---has been shopping for cardio coach workouts and thinks she will get vol 2,6 and 7
<---plans on doing vol 2 mid morning
<---has an icky rainy day here and is looking forward to a quiet day until about 4
<---will be feeding a bunch of folks pork and saurkraut
<---promises to go easy on the pork and heavy on the saurkraut
<---heads to the coffee pot for another mug of hot, dark joy-juice

<--- slept in until around 8 too, then got up, walked the dogs, shoveled the driveway and sidewalks (hers and two neighbours'), has laundry on and is in comfy clothes, ready to relax
