Just a suggestion- for those of us frustrated with knees that can't keep up with the rest of our bodies (grrrrrr!), a lower body sculpting workout using exclusively floorwork/ ankle weights would be a little piece of heaven. The B&G floorwork is awesome but a solid 60-70 min would be spectacular.
If there's ever a double workout DVD with floorwork sculpting coupled with an aerobics floor workout, with premixes to incorporate both into an interval workout, I'll know I died and went to heaven
