ajustable dumbbells

Has anyone tried those ajustable dumbbells where you only have to move a switch to increase the weight? I was thinking about getting some since I use dumbbells so much.

I have the Bowflex Select Tech Dumbbells, they go from 5lb to 52.5lb. I love them. They are a bit pricey though $300-400 depending on where you find them......Carole
