I've officially designated Friday night as my cheat nite, when I can eat my uncleans, guilt free. Last nite, very cheesy pizza and then, fudge swirl ice cream. I think this system will help me eat clean for the rest of the week. I've really upped my fruits and veggies over the past few weeks, hoping my would respond in kind, and... it has. Thanks, ladies, for fabulous tips on keeping the clean eating going!
