I finished 3 months of GS (each one once/week and 3-5/week cardio, incl HIIT) about 3 weeks ago and I was matching cathe on most exercises and even added push ups (on the toes) to the chest & triceps workout-so I'm wondering what to do next- I eat clean 80-90% of the time-that's probably not going to change much-I want muscle definition and I want to lose 5 lbs-lately I'm down to 3 cardio and doing the GS premixes and I'm wondering if I should change it up and buy slow & heavy or push pull or should I go up in weights with Gym styles (for example-25 lb dumbbells?)or should I open up my P90X and dare to get that started??-any input is appreciated--deb
