aerobics 6x a week for 30 minutes

Hello, I am not trying to lose weight just maintaining but want to get more definition in my arms. I have been doing Barrys bootcamp 5day academy and can really see a nice change in my arms. Was just wandering instead of doing 60min. of aerobics 3-4 x's a wk. I have been doing 30 min. aerobics 5-6 x's a wk. Is this too much or not enough I just cant seem to push myself with the 60min. workout,when I do 30 min. it is always full excertion. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks
 
I think it's fine, though it's a very good idea to vary the type of cardio (ie: don't do Barry's high-impact/plyo workouts that often). Mix it up with 2-3 types of cardio, so you aren't doing the same thing every day. Do step a couple of days, kickboxing a couple of days, etc.

I find that I get better results with shorter, but more intense cardio (30-40 minutes) then an hour long cardio session. This is really all you need if you are doing strength training too... and BBC is a serious weight training workout.

It's also nice to change cardio programs over time. For example, you might do 30 minutes 5-6 times per week of varying intensity for one month, but next month, you might do cardio 3-4 times per week with longer sessions.

Keep the body guessing.
