I use Advocare. I lost 25 lb on the MNS system over a year and a half, really helped me control my appetite. I take most of their claims with a grain of salt, but totally believe that everyone should be on a good multivitamin, I still take their multi-vit, omegaplex, and calcium.
I like that their main claim is that there is no magic pill, you have to eat right and excersize to both lose weight and be healthy, but appetite control and a bit of extra energy makes it a lot easier.
