Hi fellow exercisers:

I've been doing Cathe's step and KPC videos for three months now. Still dont look to good in a bathing suit (bottom area). I think I'm missing some muscle definition in this area. Especially outter thigh area. I only have 5, 10, 15 pound dumb bells. I've done some of Cathe's total body sculpting workouts. I try to watch what I eat too.

Should I get a weight set? Should I be working leg harder with heavy weights? I dont want bulk but definte shape.

Should I be doing something like gym style legs?

Thanks

Carmen

Adding a specific lower body workout to your rotation, like PLB or Leaner Legs, or GS legs, or Legs and Glutes, might be beneficial. Start with light weights (the ones you have will be fine) and reevaluate after 2-3 weeks.

Do you have a DVD player? "Legs and glutes" comes with KPC on DVD, and there are some good premixes that combine both workouts.

Thanks for the tip. I have KPC on video. I'll take a look at the ones you suggested. Thanks again.

Carmen - the June rotation was specifically designed for this problem area. I didn't really do it because it seemed like a major time hog and I don't spend much time in a bathing suit. (live in Buffalo and Lake Erie is kinda gross). My butt has never been a problem area for me either, I want the abs!!!!!!
