Advice on this rotation...am I over doing it?

Hi I'm trying to leave my tuesdays and thursdays free this semester. I came up with this rotation but I want to be sure I'm not over doing it. Your feedback is most appreciated.

Sun IMAX2
MON ME
TUES OFF
WED Basic Step & Upper/Lower sculpting
Thurs OFF
Fri: Cardio & Weights
SAT KPC

I also have boot camp, muscle max, and stretch max and would substitue as appropriate. Thanks again for your help.

"Over-doing it" is such a personal thing! This looks like a great rotation, mixing cardio and weight training, at, what is, i assume, your level.
 
I am assuming you are a beginner/Intermediate level and I do not think you are overdoing it. Only question I have is you are doing four days stright from Fri to Mon and only one day on Wednesday. If your intension is to take two days break a week, I would balance out by doing three days workouts and one day rest.
 
Yes I am working at my level and do try to challege when weights get too easy. Thanks for the great feedback.

Carmen, I think its great rotation!! Just maybe substitute some days w/ the other Cathe DVDs you have if you want some variety!

I agree that "too much" is very personal, depending on your level, your individual capacity, etc. One good guide as to whether you are doing too much is if you start asking yourself if you're doing too much!

I also agree that it would be better to space out the days off, like Tuesday and Friday (wouldn't it be nice to take Friday off?) instead of Thursday.

The only thing missing from your rotation, as I see it, is some kind of longer stretch or yoga workout, which would be very beneficial. You could even do this by adding a longer stretch after one or two of your workouts.
 
Thanks for the feedback about the days off.

I normally work out after work (not a morning exerciser), but this semester I will be taking a class right after work on Tuesday and Thursday evenings.

I'll mix in my other dvd's for variety every 3 to 4 weeks. I also think I'll add stretch max when I get home after class.
