I am very new to your workouts and as a result I need you to be my personal trainer. I am older than dirt, but my hobby is working out with DVDs so I'm reasonably fit. I love to change my workouts and make them harder each time I purchase a new one each month. I currently alternate between your "Cardio and Weights" (I love that workout), "High Step Challenge" and the advanced Christi Taylor workouts for Cardio. (I like the dancy style choreography) I have to use an extra riser on my step with the cardio workouts to get my heart rate up enough. I add to her workouts one of your ab hits. I workout 60 minutes every day except Sunday. I am a wimp at weights and I use lighter weights than you use. I am gradually increasing them...(I used to skip weights totally)
What should my next couple of DVD's be so I can add to my strength, flexibility and cardio fitness. Your DVD's are very motivational.
