Hi all, need some advice.
I had finished meso 1, and last week was my rest week, in which I only got in one cardio workout. On Friday morning, I came down with a terrible stomach bug, and it's now Monday night, and I still have it. I have to assume it can't be much longer now before it's gone, but I feel like the life has been sucked out of me, and my legs are actually sore from just lying around.
So my question is, what is your advice on moving onto meso 2? Should I just start back with cardio this week (when I can), build up some stamina again, then start on Sunday? Which means, I will have had 2 rest weeks. Or should I re-do meso1 week 4 to get back in the swing of things? Any other thoughts? Just not sure what to do.
