I'd love to see a yoga video that's more advanced and with a fast flow! I'm terrible at stretching but get bored with yoga DVDs that move too slow...

I love Cathe's Yoga work outs, it's the only yoga I will do.
Cathe please make one yoga work out, a couple together, a trilogy, or if not asking too much a Yoga Series !!!!!!

I vote for a new yoga DVD or series, too!! I do tend to like the slower ones, however, like Yoga Relax, as moving deep into the pose is what I find most invigorating about yoga. Sun salutation flows a la Yoga Max are great, too, of course. What I deeply appreciate about Yoga Max & Yoga Relax is that I can choose "voice only." I never really cared for the moody flute and percussive music common to most every yoga workout out there, regardless of instructor. Thank you, Cathe, for making "vocals only" an option on many of your workouts, especially the yoga ones.
