Advanced Tape for a beginner

I bought the Step Board and received a tape with the board, however the VHS tape is for Advanced Users and I am a beginner. How could I get a Beginner tape? Also the tape seems some what defective.

Hi Lyn, I also got that tape with my step over a year ago and it seem somewhat defective but if your looking for a more straight foward tape I would reccomend PowerMax, Step Works and Step Fit and also Step Jam, Step Heat and Step Max. If you do have a dvd player I would reccomend that you get any of Cathe's video on dvd because the picture and sound quality is so much better and plus if you know about mixing and matching each chapter and title you can mix the 3 workouts together using different section. The above videos I mentioned comes 3 videos on dvd which is Classic Volume 1 and Cardio Hits. And Cathe just filmed some new beginner tapes this past month but not out yet.
