Advanced Pregnancy DVDS

I am pregnant with my 3rd, just found out. I'm wondering if people do Cathe till the end or substitute with prenatal dvds. Is anyone going to attempt StS. When I was pregnant with my first, I had some on VHS but that was 6 years ago and I thought they were too easy. Have they gotten any better. I am now into yoga and would love a prenatal yoga dvd too. Is anyone going to attempt StS. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

I worked out with Cathe to the very end.

I started lifting heavy with total body and the Gym Styles in my last weeks, as my back was hurting pretty badly, and even low impact was taking it's toll.

But I found the "pregnancy" workouts to be a joke (hope that doesn't offend anyone) for anyone that works out intensely and regularly. I kept up the intensity and frequency the whole time - just modified certain moves where I had to.

hi, i'm on my second pregnancy 32 weks 5 days & still doing cathe with the same weights (just a few modified moves here & there). i also run everyday so if you have been doing it & you feel good keep going.

I haven't posted in awhile but just wanted to put my two cents in. I am right there with you all in that you should "listen to your body" and do what feels comfortable for you. Everyone's pregnancy is different - even subsequent pregnancies in the same mom will be different to some extent. My advice to my pregnant moms has always been to "listen to your body and make sure you can do your chosen form of exercise with your pelvic floor "lifted."
