adjustable resistance toning tubes ??

Hello all

I am interested in buying resistance tubes to substitute for the pull-ups and chin ups in STS. I looked at the adjustable tubes and they ask to make a size selection. Is this based in one's height or what??

Any help/suggestions would be much appreciated!! I am brand new to STS and am loving it so far.

You want the strongest one (heavy resistance I think).

I found a set at Target which has three tubes with nice handles. You can use one, two or three tubes at once and they are easy to take on or off. They cost about 15 dollars. They definetly work. When I started I could only use two tubes now I can do three. I really wanted a pull up tower but for 15 dollars and little to no space taken up I am sticking with the tubes!!
