Adjustable Ankle Weights and Wobble Board Questions

Hi,

I'm in the market for ankle weights. I'm figuring I need an adjustable 5 pound pair. What website would you recommend and about how much should I spend.

I have a wobble board that I purchased from Gaiam. It came with a brief introduction DVD but I'd like more ideas for using this board. Any suggestions?

I have had several pair of ankle weights. The best pair were some purchased from Collage that had adjustable weight bars. You might find these somewhere else for less. I love these.

Walmart has adjustable ankle weights and they are fairly cheap. (I think $12-15ish??) I am pretty sure Target carries them also. Sorry I can't help with the Wobble board.
