Additional beginners workouts

Hi Cathe and Everyone!

I have a small suggestion about the next workout DVD's.

It would be nice to have some more basic workouts for the people who at first are overwhelmed by the workouts being presented to them.

For example, I started with the Basic Step DVD and now I feel as though I can move along and up on the "step aerobics scale".

Just a suggestion!!! :)

Hello Again!

Just finished Cathe's Low Impact Step and Total Body Sculpting DVD(LOVE this workout by the way!)

This was the second workout DVD that I added to my building Cathe collection (first was the Basic Step of course).

I was overwhelmed when I watched this DVD workout first. Now after doing it about 6 times already, I am VERY comfortable with all of the moves and have mastered them! (yay!!)

I have been cruising through the new Cathe Catalog that I got in the mail (love it!), and all of the workout DVD's look awesome. BUT I do notice that most of these workouts are labeled as "advanced". It would be nice to have some more workout DVD's that say "beginner to intermediate" or even "intermediate to advanced".

I guess what I am saying is when I see "advanced" I sometimes get a little hesitante about trying it. I know I can do it with lots of practice, but sometimes it is nice to start out with "beginners" and then work up to the "advanced" level.

I agree, More Intermediate workouts please!

I tried Imax 2 on fit tv a couple of weeks back and boy was I kidding myself on that one,I loved the music! I know if I owned it,I would eventually get it down! I've got most of the intermediate workouts now,but would love more!
 
Longer stretch periods too at the end would be great, especially for beginners!
