I've had my moments of obsessiveness. I pretty much have it under control now. I've learned what I like and don't like and what I need and don't need. I am very picky at buying new workouts. I've learned that I can count on likeing most all of what Cathe puts out and 'some' Beachbody workouts, with a small handful of yoga. It has to be something really different for me to even be interested, like Cardio Coach was something really different and new, so I bought a bunch of those and love them. I've learned I don't like anything that is "trying to hard" to be to creative and new. I like good old fashioned lifting (no strange gadgets, although I love the ball and the bands) be it for endurance or strength. I like Cathe's Cardio and simple outside stuff like walking, biking and hiking, I also will use the treadmill and stationary bike. I'm not into real dancy stuff or over the top complicated stuff. Cathe's choreography is fine for me.
I use the "you have to sell something to buy something" motto.
This helps control over buying alot.
