I've done something to my achilles tendon. A combination of hill running and step - I don't know. Anyway, it's been 2 weeks and there's no improvement. I took it easy for a week, and this last week I've only done upper body and abs.
I've been stretching (gently) but not much improvement. I should maybe be icing it.
I'll have a few more days over Thanksgiving to rest - but I was really hoping to kick it in high for the weeks before Christmas.
I've searched the internet, and this forum - and it doesn't look too hopeful. Really, I'm hoping for some better news.
What to do??
