ACE Certification

Has anyone here recently done the ACE Exam? I am interested in taking the exam, however I have an old copy of the Personal Trainer Manual. Is it worth the purchase of the newer text and other study supplies? Any info on the test and what I can expect would be great. I am not looking for the answers, I just would like to know if you felt the test was easy, hard, or somewhere in between.

I don't know about ACE but with AFAA, I had to have the latest version. Some classmates opted for the old one, and they were noticing it on test day. I would spend the extra $$ for the newest edition. THe industry changes so much, all the time.
