How are you? I absolutely love the abs workout sections in your videos that use a medicine ball (ie: "Bootcamp" and "Core Max-segment 3"). The added resistance from the weighted ball really works/strengthens the abs muscles! It would be really great if you would create a seperate workout for the abs/core, using a medicine ball exclusively.
