This is the first time I have posted!
I just have one question for anybody (Cathe?) to answer. How in the world can I get that 6-pack the everybody is dieing for?
I just had to respond because you have such a cool name...
While I am far from having a perfect 6 pack, I have had great results from adding kickboxing to my routine. It probably is just from adding more cardio (and burning off some of that fat!).
Cathe's ab work is always very good, you might want to try Step Heat (the ab work at the end), and I think?? there is ab work after the Wedding Strength section?
I have also found that more Pilates-based moves are good to "shake up" your ab work...Keli Roberts' Abs & More is a good one, and people over at the VF Forum rave about a tape called Ab Attack, but I haven't tried that one yet. I feel blasphemous mentioning other tapes on Cathe's site!!
Anyway, hope this helped, stay tuned and I'm sure more people will weigh in with advice!!!

Are you looking for the much talked about new videos (pardon me if you are not new
)...but if you were a new Cathe fan...there has been a lot of talk about a 6-pack lately and it is referring to Cathes newly filmed videos. All of the background exercises...including Cathe have incredible abs and I would bet....her new videos will help you achieve the same results.
Of course..I could be talking to a Cathe veteran who is just looking for the same advice as the rest of us on those killer abs that everyone in the vids have...and I am hoping they come with the videos
