Abs Diet for Women

I've done some searching through the threads and haven't really come to a conclusion about this. I'm very tempted to try the Abs Diet for Women, mainly to get some new food ideas, etc. From what I've read so far, a lot of people have gotten good results and the foods are pretty simple. From what I can gather, the food choices are pretty basic (pretty much how I'm eating anyway) but I'd like to get some new "ideas" especially for lunch, etc. Anything to help with the last 10 pain in the butt pounds! Does anyone have any feedback on this? Thanks a bunch!
 
I don't have feedback, but I'm considering it myself. Low carb doesn't work for me anymore--I don't know if it's b/c my metabolism has adjusted to it or what--but I'm tired of depriving myself without any results. Crap, I haven't had pizza since January!

Anyway, I can't find much info on it so I ordered the book & plan on reading it this w/e, possibly starting the diet on Monday if I think it's doable for me. Care to start a six week challenge? ;-)

From what I can read online and through reviews, it seems like stuff we already know - such as high protein, protein shakes, yadda yadda... I went on the Men's Fitness website and copied a bunch of recipes that I guess I'm going to try to incorporate into my day. I'm just getting kind of tired of the same old same old. So let me know how you feel about the book once you read it :) For the most part, it looks like I'm already eating according to his Abs Diet so I'll be excited to try these new tasty foods!
