Hello ladies-
I am wondering if any of you can help me with this question. Before becoming pg, my hr was always on the high side when exercising around 170 or so. Now that I'm pg, is it ok for it to still go that high since that was what it was before or is there some other number I should watch for?
Also, at what point do you stop doing ab work and/or weight training on your back?
You would think I would know this since this is #3 but I feel like I've forgotten everything!!
