? about following rotations

what do you do if, when following a Cathe rotation (or another), you can't get the workout in for a specified day? Do you do the missed workout the next day or just continue on with the rotation as scheduled?
My work schedule has been crazy the last week and I've missed my last two workouts. I'm not sure if I should pick up where I left off or jump in where I should be!

For me I follow the rotation as is. If her rest day is different than mine I still pick up on the same day not missing a scheduled workout. Follow as is.

I skip cardio workouts if I miss one. I don't skip strength training. I always go back to the body part I missed.

I missed a cardio and strength day, so I'm going to do the strength WO today and then go from there. I don't worry too much about cardio days...if I get one or two in a week, I'm happy!
