Well, it's a bit too soon after delivery for you to work out, so I would get a compression garment if I were you. It's nice and snug and keeps the stretched skin pulled in tight and the muscles from sagging. It also seems to take pressure away from the low back which feels so good. I loved my garment! Ask your doctor about where to get one, usually at a medical supply store. Other than that it's a waiting game until you can get the okay from your OB to exercise again.
One thing you need to keep in mind, and it may not be something you want to hear, but as an online girlfriend on this forum, I will tell you...All that stretched out skin may never fully go back to its original position. After two caesarean births, my lower ab skin will never look the same! It doesn't look like a train wreck or anything, just not as tight as before the kids. The abs underneath are rock solid though, so that's what I have to focus on.
Babies do crazy things to our bodies, but we love them to pieces anyway!
