Ab rotation?

No rotation suggestions here but I find that working them a little bit everyday is very helpful. Also finding that doing alot of kickboxing wearing weighted gloves is really helping my obliques! :)

Thanks for the suggestion about wearing weighted gloves with kickboxing. I love kickboxing so this is right up my alley. I've downloaded a lot of Cathe's ab routines so I try to get one in everyday. I like a lot of variety when it comes to abs, I get bored easily. I think my favorite is Yoga based abs.

You're quite welcome for the suggestion of k/b with weighted gloves. I never did k/b that much until I discovered the gloves and how much they add to the work outs. Now I do k/b every week and love it...especially as a follow up to an upper body weight work out! YEOWZA! :D
As for doing ab work in general, I am not a fan so would rather do short routines of about 5 minutes every day I work out then do longer ones 3x a week or something. Prior to starting to work abs every day I was lucky if I hit them once a week! :eek:
