Ab Lounge

Seriously?

It may work for one thing, but it's pricey for that, and ab work with a stability ball is more effective overall, IMO. Also, you can do a lot more with a stability ball.

Try that, in conjunction with reducing body fat (as many of us have good abs, just under a layer--or two or three!--of fat).

My neighbor, for whom I cat-sat once, has one, and she doesn't show any signs of having good abs.

Thanks Kathryn,

I would not subsitute it for my regular workouts which includes ab work on the stability ball and floor work. I just wanted to know if it really works or if it is a gimmick. I was thinking about doing it on days that I don't do abs or while watching tv, etc. I just don't want to waste my time.

The reason I asked was my dh was going to get one. Well, he did. I tried it and I think it works my abs but nothing like some of Cathe's ab workouts.

I think you are right, I really need to focus on losing the layer of fat or two or three that I have.

Thanks again for your input.
