I would love to see an ab hits 2 and a super sets Upper body tape-(ex) do 3 or 4 exercises for the upper body (do 3 times )then move to another 3 or 4 exercises same muscles different exercises (do 3 times) etc. & then do a Super Sets Lower body tape same concept, each tape about 60min. I like the Super Sets concept. i just think you could really burn out the muscles more just concentrating on just the upper body for one tape and the lower body for the next. Tricia :7
