I'd really like to put one of these together the way someone (I forget who but thank you
) did with Cathe's workouts.
I am not one of those "genetically blessed" women with a six pack. I have to work really hard on my abs to get something that barely comes close to resembling a 6 pack (have been doing weighted routines twice a week, I think I'm gonna add one more).
Anyway, I'd really like everyone's input on their favorite home ab workout (not something at the end of another workout, but stand-alone ab/core workouts).
Here's what I have, ranked in the order of what I think is the most difficult. Ladies, please add to the list or comment on it to help me out:
1) Core Max
2) Ab Hits
3) Billy Blanks Abs Bootcamp (I decided I really like this workout--it's fun & different, works the obliques really well, & I like Billy even though when he says "one more set" he's lying)
4) Ab Ripper X
5) MTV Pilates Mix
6) Ana Caban's Pilates for Abs
7) Mindy Mylrea's All About Abs (different, parts of it were really hard & frustrating, but I think w/some practice this could be a decent core workout)
8) Any advanced pilates tape--i.e. Stott, Rael, New York Style--I've found them all to be pretty much the same, not very intense & kind of boring.
9) Any advanced bosu workout (some of them are really hard to do but I'm just not feeling it in my core. Could be that I need to practice, could be that it's just not what I'm looking for)
