Ab and Over versus Ricochet (sp)?

I don't seem to recognize a difference between those two moves. Are they the same?

Of course, I mean "Up and Back" versus "Ricochet". See what MIC does to my brain?

Hi Katerchen! With the up and back, your body turns backward into the step. With the ricochet your body turns forward into the step. Hope that helps!
