Hey Lori!

I am tearing down the beds and washing sheets, etc. Still got dishes to wash and more food to eat! LOL! I really really really want to go hiking today too, but I don't like to go alone...too many weirdo's. It is up in the mountains, I am talking about. I can take on a skinny guy, but not someone 200 pounds or more. LOL! So I haven't figured it out just yet. I got ME and Stretch Max too to do. So what you going to do today? ;-)

If its any help...I won't be up in the mountains so thats one weirdo down!:) And I am not 200 lbs either, so you could probably take me.
I don't know what I am doing.Still drinking coffee and I have beds to make.I am going to get my workout in soon though so I can get it out of the way.I think i will do a dvd today, take it easy on the running.Or maybe I will run tonight while DH is at hockey.
And I should really take the dogs out somewhere.Then again, this all depends on the weather.

LOL! I could do just nicely by carrying a metal bat with me. I can use it for a walking stick too. I am glad you won't be anywhere near me as there are enough weirdo's to go around. :eek:

Just finished ME. Made it thru the bicep curls cuz I don't always make it. ;) The static lunges I think are worse then the curls so I listened to "Double Vision" by Foreigner as I tried to get thru those. Kicked the TV set when Cathe wanted me to do pushups. I think I did 4 and was mad I could not do anymore. My muscles there were just fried and shaking! Anyhow, it was weird working out today from the news of MIL, but I had to set those thoughts aside for a few moments and just do the workout and now I feel better for it.
