Good Morning Toasties!!!

Today we will be doing PLB plus Core Max 1 and 2.

Yesterday's schedule was for Low Max extended version and a 3 mile run.

I am feeling very toasted in my legs! Now I have to do abs, but that will be this afternoon. I can't believe I have survived so far!!! This has been a great rotation for strength. Thanks, Charlotte!!
