A Toasty Checkin: 9/6/2005

Good Morning Toasty Friends!!!

Yesterday was the Fiesta Day and I added in some bonuses: I used a 25# dumb bell to put on my lap while doing the dips instead of 20#. I added in some plyo jumping jacks and did some twisty moves too for obliques. Crunches I did with a 10# plate. I did 8 squats with 90#.

I struggled this time with the pushups, but did all of them! I did my walking lunges (8 sets of 50). I made sure my form was correct ((((HEATHER)))))!!!! LOL!

Anyhow, I had alot of fun and now have a sore bum!

Today will be ME and Stretch Max! My goal is to use a 35# barbell for the curls. I did the curls once before with 30#. I hope I can pull it off.

So what are your goals for today's workout? Going to do any bonuses?

Good Morning, Charlotte and Everyone Else!

Yesterday I did Fiesta. I added too. I did Step combo 3 of SB. Hi/Lo SJP #1 & #2. I added some deadlifts and double arm rows. I also did wood chops on ball w/20lbs and pikes on ball.

This morning I did ME and SM #1. I am not sure what I will do this afternoon. I will let ya know tomorrow. Stay tuned! Just kidding! :p

My goal today is to work off this fatigue from my trip to LA for my DH's grandma's funeral. Very tiring.

I have been MIA over the last 4 days, I have to admit too...I did NOT workout once since last Thursday.:eek: I can't remember the last time I did that. Guess I needed it:p I feel very good now too, and I'm raring to go!! I took a look at the rotation, and I think I'm going to mix it up a little today. I might do yesterday's w/o and then I'll add something else...I need some serious butt kicking workouts, cuz I'm back and I'm ready.}( Thursday won't be a rest day for me, I'll probably do PUB plus supersets that day...hmmm decisions, decisions!!

I only said that cuz I was jealous and don't ever think I could do that many in one day. :) I worked my way up to 200 a day/5 days a week, in 4 sets of 50. W/out any weight of course. I was doing them right after the track/bleachers/squats so my body was already warmed up. I have not done anything in the last week since I have been sick. I think tomorrow I will ease back into my routine. :eek:

I had one busy day. Gone from 7am till now and I'm beat!! x(

I'm treating today like a rest day because I just don't have the energy for a workout. So, Thursday will be today's workout instead of a rest.

Good job everybody!

I had my Weight Watcher weigh-in tonight and lost 1.8 pounds. YIPPEE~~~~~ Total of: 5 pounds gone and only 45 to go. :)

I was just having fun with ya! And ya know, at the same I have to double check my form so I make sure I am doing something the correct way. Well my bum was so damn sore. Never been that sore EVER so I did them right! ME on top of that was murder!!!!!

Great job on the weight loss. Seems like everyone is doing great at losing weight. Now if only I will start to gain. I am going to increase my calories like never before. Should do the trick!

Well, as we know today is S&H Upper. Wow! That is tough! I have to do the crunches this afternoon. Ran out of time this morning. I like to split it anyway. I don't get too tired and lose form.
