A Suggestion for a Future Project

Hello Cathe! I've lost 112 lb (yes!! I did!) with your help and am fine-tuning my physique. How about a glute hypertrophy program? I'd love to see a program that uses the latest research by people like Bret Contreras but tailored for the at-home exerciser.

I can see it being done a couple of ways. It could be a series of "add-on" videos that you could slot into your regular training. Or it could be a full blown series with glute-focused cardio, too. Either way, I'd love to build more muscle in that area and you're the gal that has built this body.
