A Step & Stretch workout

I would like another fun step workout (along the lines of Rhythmic Step--fun but w/ plenty of power & intensity) w/ a longer stretch section at the end. I'm thinking 8 minute warm up, 45 minute step section, 5 minute cooldown, then 15-20 minutes of stretching. Actually, 5 minutes of abs at then end would make it even better. Thanks, & I'm looking forward to the new High Step workout details!
