A split endurance workout

Instead of a whole body endurance workout, a split endurance workout, upper body/ lower body or another way.
 
I think this is a great suggestion. I am a big fan of endurance workouts! Especially for the lower body!! I love L&G!!

I also like this idea. I prefer splitting upper and lower body, but I definitely prefer two day splits to three day splits. I suppose, however, that a split endurance workout could be obtained with the right premix.
