<--had ENORMOUS salad for dinner last night with spinach, broccoli, lettuce, raddichio, red and orange peppers, red cabbage, white cabbage, mushrooms, scallions and 3.75 ozs. of low-mercury tuna
<--after dinner had an orange and some grapes
<--also did 40 mins. of cardio and upper body strength training
<--is really trying hard to get healthy again

<---one is a very nice place that has gourmet type Sunday brunch food - translation: they use like fancy bread for egg sandwiches and have some international food choices like roesti and hueoves(sp) rancheros, all with organic foods. They also make these killer pancakes with whole oats and ww flour and they are positively yummilicious }( :9
<---the other place is a pancake house that serves my fav pecan pancakes
