I would have to TOTALLY agree with you!! My shelf is also full of all her workouts and I have plenty to last me a long time, I also have a few that still have plastic wrap on them too.
There is nothing worse than having an injury..it can be so depressing!! I had a really bad twisted ankle a few years ago, I could not even walk on it for about a week. It took almost a month to heal, and I thought I was going to go insane since I could not workout.
Cathe can take all the time she needs to heal and film the new workouts, I am in no hurry at all.
