A little advice needed...

I am on my last week of insanity (wooop! It's been so fun!) And have had nooo problems with joint pain right through. Until this week. My knees are a bit sore, as are my ankles. I think it's because the beginning of the week was three consecutive days of the cardio dvds, and it has been too much for my leg muscles, so my joints have had to compromise. My question is this: I have two workouts left; Max plyo circuit (or max interval plyo, I can never remember it's name!) and then max cardio conditioning tomorrow. I have come soo far! And made so many gains! I feel I COULD finish it.. but I don't like having sore joints, and basically, I'm asking: will it to me any harm to do the last two workouts? Or should I stop now, content that I NEARLY (so sooo sooo nearly) got there?

If your joints hurt, you need to take a rest. Why not just take a day or two off until your joints have rested and are not painful, then pick up and finish the last 2 workouts? Your body is telling you that it needs a break. Don't force it!

Thank you :) I think, although I will be a bit down in missing today's workout, that it's for the best. I think some light stretching or maybe very light cardio might be a better option until they recover. Thank you :)
